There are not many of my acquaintances or workmates that dont realize how much I love to cook so one question I get asked often is what is an easy recipe for me to make?

Just the other day someone posted me for help on my blog saying "I need to cook a dessert tomorrow and want to know if you have any decent tips. Ideally it would contain icecream, fruit and should not take more than a few hours to prepare."

I recommended she cooks an apple crumble by means of the subsequent recipe: six apples skinned then sliced and placed into a baking pan. Scatter half a mug of caster sugar above the top mixed with some vanilla. Get a large bowl and stir one cup of oats, half a cup of sugar and a quantity of ghee. Pour this concoction over your apples after that bake in the oven at three fifty degrees farenheit for half an hour. Delicious as well as so straightforward to bake.

From time to time I am having cravings for something quick and simple dish to cook for dessert. This French treat combines a few of my preferred ingredients and this is also a wonderful dessert intended for entertaining, seeing that one might amend how many you require with minimum exertion.

Another trouble-free dish that a lot of friends love is berries and cream. Keep to this recipe:

one cup raspberries

one cup strawberries, sliced if they are large

one cup blueberries

quarter cup heavy whipping cream

three tablespoons pure maple syrup

Stir the whipping cream and maple syrup together so they are properly mixed.

Gently stir the cream and maple syrup into the berries.

Let your dessert to rest for forty five minutes to an hour. Dig in.

The blog I run happens to be about creme brulee and how to use a kitchen blowtorch so I have to include good old brulee de la creme as the best ever dessert.

If you are making Creme Brulee you should use a quality kitchen blowtorch like the bonjour chef’s torch – my blowtorch of choice.
